Privacy
The short version: Bloom collects nothing. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Bloom has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We don't run servers for the app, so there is nowhere for your data to go.
What Bloom stores
Your fasts (start, end, goal and plan), your custom plans, your weekly schedule and a few settings. They live on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, in your private iCloud database. Only you can see them. Apple runs iCloud; we can't read it.
What Bloom does not do
- No sign-up, no email address, no name.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services.
- No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of data, because we have none.
Notifications
Reminders like "goal reached" are scheduled on your iPhone. They never leave your device.
Your choices
- Export all your fasts any time: Settings, Export CSV.
- Delete everything: Settings, About, Delete all my data.
- Turn iCloud sync off in your iPhone's Settings if you want everything to stay on the phone only.
Health
Bloom is a habit tracker, not a medical device. The fasting stages are approximate and are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before longer fasts.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date.
